Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center
The Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center is a non-profit institution, governed by a board of directors and an executive office, and is equipped with three functional commissions.
The Center's purpose is to promote and develop mediation and arbitration and its mission is to ensure the application of the CMAC Arbitration Rules and, to this end, has all necessary powers.
CMAC's services provide companies with amicable, quick, effective, confidential solutions, tailored justice, friendly, final and enforceable - in short, economic justice.

As an independent body, the Center exercises its mission in complete independence from the CCISCS and its organs.
CMAC is competent to handle national and international disputes.
After 24 years of existence, the Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAC) has become the reference in managing litigation via Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods (ADRM) in Morocco.
It is also a training and continuing education organization.
