The Board of Directors of the Casablanca Center for Mediation and Arbitration held its meeting on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the office of the Chairman of the Board, located at the headquarters of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Casablanca–Settat Region.
The agenda covered the following items:
Presentation of the convention relating to the training of mediators within the Center;
Approval of the submission of the application for recognition of the Center as an institution of public utility;
Approval of the draft mediation rules of the Center, in Arabic and French;
Presentation of the Arabic translation of the arbitration rules;
Presentation of the final version of the Center’s website;
Presentation of the Center’s development strategy for the year 2026;
Miscellaneous.
Following in-depth and constructive discussions, several decisions were approved with the aim of strengthening the Center’s development and consolidating its outreach and institutional impact.
