Meeting of the CMP – February 12, 2026

The Cercle des Médiateurs Professionnels (CMP) convened on February 12, 2026, to review the launch of its activities and to define its strategic orientations. Discussions focused primarily on the development of the training program, including the forthcoming announcement of a new curriculum in partnership with EPMN, as well as on the implementation of a communication plan to ensure its visibility and impact.

The meeting also approved the update of the CMAC Mediation Rules, now available in both French and Arabic in accordance with Law No. 95-17, with an English version under consideration. This revised version of the mediation rules will be reviewed by the community of professional mediators prior to its implementation.

Furthermore, the creation of a dedicated CMP webpage was announced in order to showcase its activities and encourage the production of scientific content in the field of mediation. Participants also noted the favorable legislative developments supporting the use of mediation and agreed to strengthen the visibility of mediators to foster the consolidation of a mediation culture in Morocco.

Finally, several awareness-raising initiatives were proposed targeting the general public, businesses, and professional organizations. A convivial gathering of mediators is planned after the month of Ramadan, on a date to be determined.
