Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center – May 15, 2025

1. Presentation of the final version of the arbitration procedure approved in January 2024, along with its Arabic translation
2. Presentation of the arbitrator’s ethical charter in Arabic and French versions
3. Review of the issue related to the “OMPIC Domain Name”
4. Discussion of the Center’s civil liability insurance project
5. Presentation of the activities of the Mediation and Arbitration Commission
6. Setting the date and agenda for the next General Assembly
7. Miscellaneous

After in-depth and constructive discussions, several decisions were adopted to promote, develop, and strengthen the Center’s outreach and impact.
