Participation of the Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center in the International Brands Exhibition – February 2025 From February 12 to 14, 2025

The Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center took part in the largest Brands Exhibition in Morocco. This event aims to highlight the opportunities offered by the Moroccan market to franchisees and international investors, while serving as a strategic platform to foster partnerships between global brands and local entrepreneurs.

It thereby contributes to strengthening Morocco’s positioning as a franchising hub in Africa.

Throughout the exhibition, the Center’s stand attracted numerous legal, economic, sports stakeholders, as well as young entrepreneurs, who showed strong interest in mediation and arbitration as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

These tools help ease the burden on courts, promote social harmony, strengthen trust among economic actors, and improve the business and investment climate.

Visitors were informed about the Center’s role and its services, which are characterized by flexibility, cost efficiency, neutrality, confidentiality, and speed.

Emphasis was also placed on the Center’s mission as a pioneering institution in the training of commercial mediators, in partnership with a foreign institution.

The first day of the exhibition was marked by the visit of Mr. Ryad Mezzour, Minister of Industry and Trade, accompanied by Mr. Hassan Berkani, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of the Casablanca-Settat Region, to the Center’s stand.
