Participation in the Open Day Thursday, February 20, 2025 Headquarters of the Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services, Casablanca

The Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center took part in the Open Day organized by the Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services.

This event aims to introduce professionals and entrepreneurs to the services offered by the Chamber and its affiliated institutions, while fostering exchanges among economic stakeholders.

It also provides a platform for discussions on financing, digitalization, and business support.

The Center’s stand attracted a large number of visitors, allowing it to present its mediation and arbitration services—alternative dispute resolution mechanisms recognized for their neutrality, speed, confidentiality, and cost-effectiveness.

These tools help ease the burden on courts, promote social peace, and strengthen trust among economic actors, thereby fostering a business environment conducive to both national and foreign investment and the country’s economic development.

The Center’s role as a pioneering institution in the training of commercial mediators, in partnership with the French institution IFOMENE, was also highlighted.

Graduates receive a recognized university diploma.
