The Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAC) took part in the Franchise Exhibition Morocco 2026, held from April 15 to 17, 2026, reaffirming its active commitment to supporting the growth and dynamism of the franchise sector in Morocco.

The event was marked by the prominent presence of Mr. Hassan Berkani, Chairman of the Center’s Board of Directors and President of the Casablanca-Settat Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services, throughout the exhibition.

The Center’s booth attracted significant interest from visitors and professionals alike, reflecting the growing awareness of mediation and arbitration as modern and effective mechanisms for resolving disputes outside the court system. This engagement provided an opportunity to introduce various stakeholders—particularly franchise project holders—to the advantages of these methods, including flexibility, efficiency, and speed, as well as their role in preventing disputes and strengthening contractual stability.

In this context, the Center has observed increasing interest from economic operators in its services, whether in legal support for contract drafting or in the amicable and efficient management of disputes. This trend further reinforces the position of mediation and arbitration as strategic options that contribute to enhancing legal certainty and improving the overall business climate.
