Announcement of the Professional Mediators Circular

During a meeting held on October 4, 2025, the launch of the Professional Mediators Circular was announced, in partnership with the Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Center (CMAC).

Main objectives:

• Structure and professionalize the field of commercial mediation.
• Strengthen the credibility of mediators and encourage the exchange of expertise.
• Develop scientific and practical training in mediation, in collaboration with CMAC and its academic partners.
• Promote mediation as a tool for social peace and economic continuity.
• Establish strong partnerships with legal and professional stakeholders.

The meeting also marked:

• The publication of the first official list of commercial mediators in Morocco.
• The launch of the first professional code of conduct.
• The celebration of the first Arabic translation of the book “Mediation for All”.
